I’m Ramprasad Bommaganty, a Salesforce Solution Architect and Tech Lead.
I help enterprises turn Salesforce from a CRM into a strategic operating system — designing solutions that move sales, service, and customer data across functions, integrations, and clouds at scale.
Where I’ve been
For nine years, I’ve led the Salesforce work for clients across three distinct industries: Financial Services (deploying Financial Services Cloud for banking and wealth workflows), Life Sciences and Healthcare (architecting on Life Sciences Cloud to support clinical and commercial teams), and High-Tech (leading Service Cloud and Sales Cloud delivery). Across those engagements I’ve owned the spectrum: from discovery and solution architecture — high level designs, integration patterns, data models, security and sharing design — to hands-on technical leadership of build, integration, and deployment.
Where I’m headed
My current focus is the Salesforce Architect track. I’m working toward Application Architect and System Architect designations on the path to CTA, and I hold the recent Salesforce AI Specialist and AI Associate certifications — because where the platform is going (Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-native customer experiences) is where the most interesting architecture problems live.
What I’m best at
Translating ambiguous business problems into clean Salesforce designs, leading cross-functional teams through complex integration and data challenges, and being the person in the room who can answer both the CIO’s question and the developer’s question in the same meeting.
Off the clock
I catch up on good books, old and new, with a bias towards history and philosophy.
I also build developer tools. The current one is Label Alchemy, a VS Code extension that converts hardcoded Salesforce strings to Custom Labels. It was born out of one too many refactors doing exactly that by hand.
